Supporting different strategies for our partners in Europe for the purpose of distribution. In other words, this distribution must fit within the markets and brands and aim to provide the consumer and the distribution channel with the right resources and brands. This applies mainly to the bicycle brands, but also to the bicycle parts and accessories.
Consumer strategy:
In order to provide all consumers with our products, they are available in various price and product groups. Move & More International B.V. tries, with its diversity and price strategies, to develop the right product for all consumers in different European countries. From children’s’ bicycles to sporty road bikes and from E-bikes to speed pedelecs. The most cost-efficient way of working is to be pursued, in order to guarantee synergy between the various players in the distribution chain.
